RAY FISHER'S REACTION TO THE LEAVING OF THE FORMER WB CHIEF
Justice League actor Ray Fisher reacted to the departure of Toby Emmerich, former chairman of Warner Bros. One of Warner Bros.'s most impressive yet arguably most controversial superhero films for DC. - Justice League. Picture based on the iconic DC team,
was to be the cornerstone for building the DCEU, featuring icons such as Batman, Superman, The Flash, and Wonder Woman. But instead, DC's large ensemble cast has become a highly divisive moment in the company's film history due to constant behind-the-scenes turmoil. The result was not the most successful theatrical version,
subsequently remade into a director's film due to numerous fan requests.
After the merger of Warner Bros. and Discovery into a single corporate structure, numerous changes followed. Among them was the future of Emmerich with his studio. As a result, Emmerich officially resigned as chairman,
as Pamela Abdi and Michael De Luca will take over as co-chairs.
Shortly after the news broke, Fischer was quick to respond as Emmerich's candidacy for chairman was ending. On his social media, he wrote the following:
“We will never see people like Toby Emmerich again. But better days are yet to come.
Forward!".
