Last year was an emotional executioner for many, and I was no exception. So, in December, right before the New Year, my brother died. The end of December passed in a kind of fog, and so did the beginning of 2023.

Now I found out that my mom has blood cancer and the situation is extremely serious and dangerous. I can't even answer how I feel right now, but I wouldn't wish it on anyone, ever.

My point is that emotions are normal, everyone has them. But in an emergency, try not to give in to the general FUD, discipline your mind.
