“Trusted Merchant” badge
We’ve made some changes to our P2P Market! Sellers, or makers, can now receive a
“Trusted Merchant” status, and you’ll notice their profiles marked with a blue check!
What are the benefits?
The “Trusted Merchant” status allows sellers to receive a verification badge, gives them the ability to set their own nickname, as well as access new features ahead of everyone else!
How can I get one?
We’ve noted down the full set of requirements in our FAQ, but here are the main ones:
● Total sales monthly turnover in the P2P Marketplace should be no less than 10,000 EUR. Please note that the equivalent turnover on other P2P platforms is also acceptable (it needs to be confirmed by our Support).
● A minimum of 95% successful transactions for all time.
● No violations of service rules in the last 60 days.
● Successful KYC verification.
By the 10th of each month, we’ll review user statistics from the previous month and update statuses on the P2P Market. If you meet all the requirements, your profile will receive its new status the following month. See you on the P2P Market!
