Actor Glen Powell spoke about working with his idol Tom Cruise while filming the latest film in the Top Gun series.

When it comes to realism, Cruz clearly never relaxes, so before his appearance in the Top Gun sequel, Cruz undoubtedly made sure that all his colleagues were in the required form. Glen Powell,
for his part, seemed genuinely to enjoy the whole process of entering the tense world of Tom Cruise, a true action hero, acknowledging how significant Cruise was to inspire his acting career. In his conversation with Du Jour, Powell said the following:

“I confess that Tom Cruise is one of the significant reasons for my work as an actor.
So many pilots chose the profession because of Top Gun, and so many actors chose performing arts because of Tom Cruise. There's a special moment when you're standing on set with Tom Cruise next to a gorgeous F-18 in high-powered aviator goggles and thinking to yourself, "This is so good,
as much as possible." It was such an incredible experience for me."
