2022-10-31 09:18:30 Nearly 50% of Gen Z and Millennials Want Crypto Exposure in 401(k) Plans

As the global financial ecosystem continues to witness major changes, young investors in the United States are increasingly leaning towards crypto assets as an alternative investment option to add to their retirement plans. A recent survey by the U.S. asset manager, Charles Schwab, which polled about 1,100 401(k) retirement plan.

About 45% of millennials and 46% of Gen Z disclosed that they “wish” to invest in cryptocurrencies when asked what investment products they would like to see added to their (401k) retirement plan. The survey further revealed that 43% of Gen Z and 47% of millennials have already invested in cryptocurrencies outside their 401(k) accounts, which Charles Schwab pointed out as an indication of the group’s affinity for the asset class.

As we can see on the level that I mark, there’s engulfing price action on the red box. That’s what we call bullish engulfing breakout become bearish engulfing

This level is not yet tested & the confirmation part I will reveal on 1 minute timeframe. This setup is only use 15 minute timeframe

The direction is clearly still sell since market cannot make new higher high. Thus, I’m only using this timeframe to identify our key level

Although Bitcoin (BTC) continues to move in the same direction as conventional markets, it has shown increasing resistance to rising yields and a stronger US Dollar over the past few weeks. In particular, Bitcoin’s volatility often falls below that of the Nasdaq, which is comprised of riskier tech stocks and tends to have a stronger association with the cryptocurrency market.

Bitcoin maintains its low volatility, FX volatility has risen to post-pandemic highs. Despite its early October decline, the Yen’s volatility has more than doubled since March as the Bank of Japan’s aggressive monetary easing has persisted. The notable rise in Bitcoin volumes on UK markets may be attributed to traders taking advantage of significant FX volatility in September.
