Фитнес-приложение STEPN начало сокращение штата. По данным источников журналиста Колина Ву, компания планирует уволить более 100 сотрудников.

Сокращения коснулись не только сотрудников M2E-платформы, но также амбассадоров проекта. Процент уволенных от всего штата не уточняется.



Медвежий цикл на рынке криптовалют также вынудил STEPN отложить некоторые разработки и сократить инвестиции.



Согласно источникам, в компании сфокусированы на продвижении материнской студии Find Satoshi Lab и релизе новых проектов, таких как NFT-маркетплейс.

Напомним, во втором квартале 2022 года STEPN получило прибыль в размере $122,5 млн за счет платы за использование приложения.



В августе STEPN и футбольный клуб испанской Ла Лиги «Атлетико Мадрид» анонсировали запуск NFT-коллекции.
