Binance has announced the completion of the 22nd quarterly burning of BNB tokens. with a total cost of about $575 million.

Burning tokens is the destruction of a part of digital coins to reduce their emission. This method is used to combat inflation and increase the value of cryptocurrencies.

The network has automatic mechanisms for burning Auto-Burn and #Pioneer #Burn tokens:
Auto-Burn is based on the price of Binance Coin and the number of blocks mined per quarter. The higher the cost of BNB, the fewer tokens will be withdrawn from circulation.
