Anthony Daniels, actor of C-3PO, explained the origin of his cameo in Star Wars: Attack of the Clones. The famous Episode II was released in 2002 as the second part of a prequel trilogy created by creator George Lucas. The events of the film take place 10 years after the end of the story shown in the first part. The film shows
how a Separatist movement becomes a threat to the Republic, starting the deadly Clone Wars, and Hayden Christensen's Anakin Skywalker confesses his love for Padmé Amidala.

This year's Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim, California celebrated the 20th anniversary of the iconic Attack of the Clones panel,
hosted by famed voice actress Ahsoka Ashley Eckstein. Other stars were in attendance such as Anthony Daniels, Daniel Logan, Tameura Morrison, special effects supervisor John Knoll, production director Doug Chang and sound engineer Matthew Wood. In addition, unexpectedly for many, McGregor and Christensen appeared.
