It seems like the literary world could be Quentin Tarantino's new destination after his film lull. As part of a two-book deal signed by Tarantino with HarperCollins for his novel, Indiewire reports, the director will release his first non-fiction book at the very end of this year. Combining film criticism,
the director's theory and anecdotes, the book, brightly titled Cinematic Speculation, will focus on the major films of the 1970s that influenced Tarantino as a youth. The release of the book is scheduled for October 25 this year. Synopsis of the book:
