Miles Teller, star of the infamous Fantastic Four, says he's open to returning to the superhero genre, hoping they've come a long way since his critically acclaimed film.

Ahead of the release of Top Gun: Maverick, Miles Teller contacted reporters from ComicBook.com,
to talk about his past in the superhero movie genre. Despite the negative reception of 2015's Fantastic Four, the actor confirmed that he's interested in returning to the genre and wants to try his hand at it, hoping he's come a long way since Fox's massively panned reboot.

“It seems to me that these characters in popular adaptations have come a long and eventful path. And I think they've finally started to dive into the depths of the characters. And these characters were written so long ago, which is why they have evolved so much over the years. I think in the end
you're always just looking for a well-written character that touches on things that are close to you so you can bring them to life. Fans of the genre will support me in this. If you can satisfy the crowd by giving them the opportunity to enjoy the experience, that's great."
