Let's talk about the really short timeframes as this is going to be an important range and a market maker's dream for scalping. I have a few ideas that I have in mind in terms of the overall resolution that will spill over to the shorter and medium timeframes f.

Scenario #1) We could be done with an ABC correction. The only evidence I have for this is that the C wave does have divergences for waves 3 and 5, but that is only shown on the really short timeframes. That could mean there is still some demand within these levels for this complex correction.

Scenario #2) WXY could be complete for a wave 4 and a short wave 5 could also be complete as well. If you zoom into the 5 minute chart, you can see an alternative 5-wave move to the upside (albeit not the best look) instead of a 3-wave ABC.

Scenario #3) Originally I would have this labeled as some kind of expanded variation, but I can accept a triangle for the internal wave X. The overall correction would be a 1-2 and would be shallow if we are working in the extended 3rd on the medium timeframes as shown in yesterday's analysis. Market inefficiencies are always something I can accept if the larger macro timeframes are going to be fitted nicely.

Scenario #4) We could technically still continue to correct sideways for a few more days where waves B and C are not complete of the sideways movement.
