Large US convenience store chain accepts bitcoin
The American network of 24-hour markets, cafes and gas stations Sheetz has added support for payments in cryptocurrency.
Since May 27, 622 chain stores accept payments in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and other digital assets.
All transactions are processed by the Flexa payment system. She maintains customer accounts in the My Sheetz Rewardz loyalty system.
Authorization in the Flexa system occurs automatically when connecting to a payment gateway through POS terminals. This reduces transaction costs and the risk of fraud, and also simplifies the process for buyers.
