Starting from March, up to 142K #BTC can be transferred to MtGox creditors.
Although it is unclear how many of them have opted for an "early lump sum payment," the largest holders have said they want to receive #BTC as soon as possible.
Effect on price?
Short-term - negative, long-term - nothing terrible.
