Let's take a little bit of time away from bitcoin and charts today. Previously I have done several posts about airdrops and making money from them (here). Today I decided to make a more professional post, which not everyone will be able to understand. But I tried to make it as simple as possible. Learn, apply and earn!

Airdrops have been on the crypto market for about 2 years now, and about 1.5 years ago they started gaining popularity. One of the latest examples of airdrop giveaways can be highlighted by Celestia project, which gave away about ~600 per 1 account. But if you are just entering the market, you will immediately have a question: how to find new drops?

The first solution is to track the activity of drop hunters. These are people and teams that are constantly looking for new drops, participating in all sorts of promotions and getting tokens for it.

Any cryptocurrency is based on the blockchain and all transactions recorded in it can be tracked. Below are a few cryptocurrency wallets associated with drophunters. You can use them to track the activities that the experienced guys are engaged in.

Another important indicator is interaction with contracts without tokens. This is a precursor to a drop. If you detect such activity, dig further and try to replicate the actions of a drop hunter's wallet.

Friends, it so happens that the most hot topic lately has become Bitcoin. So let's talk about this topic, but in a slightly different way...

If you look at the BTC dominance chart, you will see an uptrend, where each new growth wave is smaller than the previous one by ~1.5 times. During each market rise, we see a strong Bitcoin, and during a correction (a small drop), we see alts pumping.

Domination is the ratio of Bitcoin's market capitalization to the total market capitalization of cryptocurrencies.

I would venture to guess that after such a rise in BTC, there will be a rise in altcoins. When will it be? According to the current trend of domination - the growth of alta will occur in the area of 55-56%. Is it worth buying now? The question is complicated, because during the growth of domination, alta is very painful on bitcoin corrections. Probably, it is still better to wait for confirmation.

Domination growth is what every bull market started with. It is only by the second part of a bull market that the dominance always falls hard. Therefore, we should not expect a strong fall.

Friends, many of you may think that you can only make money on crypto through trading and retrodrops, but this is not true. There are many ways. One of them is farming. I and my team are also working in this direction, so I decided to tell you about it.

Farming is a type of crypto investment in which you put your coins into a liquidity pool. In return, you receive a reward in the form of interest or transaction fees.

A liquidity pool is a vault where a trader can quickly exchange one currency for another. In other words, it is a vault that holds two coins in a 50/50 ratio in dollar terms.

One of the most popular sites (DEX) is Pancake Swap and Uniswap. They have all the most popular token pairs for farming and steaking (I'll write about that later). BUT, personally for me and my team, farming on popular pairs (e.g. BUSD / USDT) is not interesting, as the percentage of return on them is very low (~10% per year).

Therefore, we are specifically looking for liquidity pools with tokens that have only recently entered the market. In them, the yield can reach ~400% per year. but, it is more risky. The right strategy is very important here.

IMPORTANT: If you want to put a particular coin into a farming pool, then you need to put another coin equal in value to the first one. For example, you want to put $1000 into the DAI-BUSD pool. Since they are two stablecoins, you would put in 500 DAI and 500 BUSD. If the rate is different, then the ratio of the number of coins will be different.

But in this type of investment, as in any other, there are certain risks. And many people don't even guess about them.

Friends, hello everyone. Today I propose you to break down the topic of long-term investments (8-10 years) and go through the most popular categories. Let's go.

This is a big post, but I suggest you read it to the end.

I will start with BTC:
No matter how much of a cryptocurrency fan I am, I always look at two sides of an asset: the good and the bad. By the way, a large number of crypto-influencers, analysts and publications engaged in enticing the audience into crypto (when big players need liquidity to sell assets) are actively promoting the idea of "BTC - digital gold". But I don't see it that way. And here's why.

In fact, as of today, the total amount of BTC issued is not evenly distributed. Plus, there is little liquidity in the market. Hence, there is a huge number of manipulators, which, in addition to being able to "hit the price glass" and in a moment give a candle -10%.

For example, let's imagine a situation. There is a big businessman who keeps 100,000 BTC on his wallets. Suddenly, he is attacked and all his BTC is stolen. B here the question is this: what will the robbers do with their reward? - sell everything at once.

But perhaps the government decides to solve this case and take these BTC for themselves. And what will they do? That's right - sell off tens of thousands of seized BTC. Also, there may be a situation when "sleeping" wallets with a huge amount of coins suddenly wake up. This will also lead to a huge sale of the asset on the market.

And here is the question - how can such a risky asset be compared to gold? And talk about safe investments? The answer is nothing.

Conclusion: at the moment, I do not consider BTC as the best means for long-term investments. At least because its growth potential is severely limited. It will have a hard time making X3, X5, X10, etc.

MultiChain was hacked tonight. Their amazing story has been going on for quite some time, so let's look into what they have going on here.

MultiChain is going through a murky business!

At the end of May the first problems began to appear:

• At the beginning, users couldn't withdraw money from the protocol for a couple of days .
• Then the Multichain CEO simply disappeared, which provoked the shutdown of some servers, because only he had access to them.
• The token on this news naturally began to fall, and the outflow of money from the protocol.

And it seems that this situation was hushed up, promising a refund to all affected by this situation.

But tonight there was another mishap:

• Some 57.5 million USDC, 1,024 BTC and 7,214 ETH, totaling about $121,000,000, were taken out of the bridge routers in several transactions.

Keeping money on CEX exchanges.
Is the most common and easiest way to store assets, but also the most dangerous. You do not control the data from your wallet, and rely on security measures from the exchange.

There have been heaps of cases where exchanges have been hacked. Keep your funds at your own risk and do not neglect other methods.
Exchanges we use on a regular basis: Binance, BYBIT, Huobi, Kucoin, OKX.

Storing funds on phone/pc wallets.
It is less dangerous option to use, because for the most part, you are responsible for the security here. There are risks of hacking into your devices, which can lead to the theft of assets. Always think about what you download and what applications you use. This way you minimize risks and losses.

Storing funds on browser wallets.
Also one of the most common storage methods. You can access your assets from everywhere, but there is also the risk of hacking.

This is the main method we use. Create yourself several wallets and never connect one of them anywhere: Metamask, TrustWallet.

Storing funds in hardware wallets.
Is the safest option for storing your assets, but requires an investment. These are devices where you can store your assets offline, only you have access.

The cost is worth it if you keep large sums of money and are serious about keeping your assets safe. Examples: Trezor, Ledger, Safepal.

Also, don't download any leftover apps to your devices, use only trusted sources. Run unknown apps through other devices.

Hello all! Many of you have heard about halving, but not everyone understands its impact on cryptocurrency in general. I won't keep you in suspense, let's start figuring it out!

Every 4 years the so-called Halving happens. This event was the catalyst for the last 3 bullruns. Now it's time for us to get ready for the next one, 2024 is just around the corner.

Many are starting to buy crypto at the peak. At the bottom, not many people are interested in it because everyone is scared. Every time bitcoin has fallen from its ATH, most have watched and waited for an even bigger decline.

Now is the time when you should be accumulating coins. BTC has been in a similar position several times in recent cycles. Will the outcome repeat itself after this halving? Probably yes.

So what is the point of a halving?

Don't underestimate this event. It's the moment when the amount of $BTC issuance is cut in half. There is an imbalance of supply and demand that only leads to an increase each time.

BTC has experienced 3 halving events over time - 2012, 2016, 2020. And during the following months there was always a bull market. Other altcoins will follow bitcoin.

I decided to dedicate a separate post to methods of cheating on the crypto market.

This is a very important topic, because someone really earns on it, which means that all the time there are victims who lose money. But I sincerely do not advise you to earn on scam, the purpose of this post is just a warning against losses.

There are a huge number of types of scam, but I will list the main ones that a newbie in crypto can fall for:

Creating a new crypto channel, warming up the audience and breeding subscribers into a newly created coin, which according to the smart contract cannot be sold. As a result, people are left with millions or even billions of coins that are not only almost worthless, but also impossible to sell.

A message in a PM with a link to buy a token or connect your cryptocurrency wallet to the site. About the same as 1 point, but the scam cycle is much faster.

Theft of assets from wallets with the help of viruses (crazers, etc.). This often happens when you connect your wallet to an unknown and unverified site.

It's absolutely true that there are a lot of scammers in crypto. And they make a lot of money only because of our naivety and inattention.
