When is the rise of altcoins?

new growth wave is smaller than the previous one by ~1.5 times. During each market rise, we see a strong Bitcoin, and during a correction (a small drop), we see alts pumping.

I would venture to guess that after such a rise in BTC, there will be a rise in altcoins. When will it be? According to the current trend of domination -
the growth of alta will occur in the area of 55-56%. Is it worth buying now? The question is complicated, because during the growth of domination, alta is very painful on bitcoin corrections. Probably, it is still better to wait for confirmation.
