Job description: We are looking for a professional HR Manager with experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the blockchain industry, can recruit quality personnel within deadlines, independently handle documentation related to recruitment, employment, and staff compensation, and generate ideas to improve the skills of the company's employees.

Job Responsibilities:
Creatе job descriptions and recruit candidates;
Analyze the job market, identifying the best sources to attract personnel;
Analyze applicants’ CVs online and conduct phone interviews;
Organize and conduct interviews with heads of departments;
Develop & implement employee incentive programs;
Make monthly reports.

Job Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in HR management (or as an HR director);
Experience in blockchain, fintech, and related industries is necessary to understand the responsibilities and qualifications of candidates (e.g., for developer positions);
Strong motivational skills, combined with creativity for employee incentives;
Strong attention to detail and diligence.

5/2 work schedule: from 9:00 to 18:00, or from 10:00 to 19:00;
Paid vacation.
