Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Back-End developer to join the core team of blockchain-focused professionals. The ideal candidate is flexible with proven experience in developing modern, accessible and scalable DApps with web3 options. You will be a part of a creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification through developing, testing and launching.
We are looking for proactive people, and team players passionate about programming in this language and oriented to provide the best experience to the end user. These developers will face numerous technical challenges, so they must use current technologies.

Back-end Dev mission:
Deliver quality code and collaborate on best practices within the team.

Job details:
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Work effectively within an agile, deadline-driven production process to complete projects with rapid, iterative cycles.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Interact and/or validate web3 features based on provided smart-contracts ABI.
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
• Being involved in the research, design, development, and testing of blockchain technologies.

Requirements:
• Minimum five (3) years of professional software development experience required, where API development was your professional focus for at least three (1) or more years.
• Experience building and debugging distributed, scalable microservices architecture.
• Well-versed in modern API and systems design and development .
• Familiarity with cloud and containerisation technologies, test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code technologies.
• Strong background in relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with web3 and blockchain technologies.
• Experience working with CDNs and caching.
• The flexibility to work both independently and with a team to manage time across multiple projects and tasks in a team environment.
• Experience working with open-source projects.
