Position: Solidity Dev

DAO.vc is a decentralized autonomous venture capital ecosystem. The project stands for the combination of classic venture market tools and DeFi, offering a unique variety of features built into the social network platform.
Our platform is already live and keeps gaining popularity, both from social network users and token holders who already benefit from existing earning tools available on the platform.
We operate worldwide and engage users from various regions, including the US, Latin America, Middle-east and Europe. That is why we are looking for ambient community managers to strengthen our growing community.

Job description:
The ideal candidate will have solid smart contract proficiency, strong technical leadership, a keen understanding of financial concepts, and a consistent track record of solving critical engineering problems. We are looking for Blockchain Developers to join our Development team and participate in different projects. We are looking for proactive people and team players passionate about programming in this language and oriented to provide the best experience to the end user. These developers will face numerous technical challenges, so they must use current technologies.

Solidity Dev mission:
Deliver quality code and collaborate on best practices within the team.

Job details:
• Being involved in the research, design, development, and testing of blockchain technologies.
• Developing smart contracts.
• Backend development pertaining to the blockchain.
• Brainstorm and evaluate applications for new tools and technologies.
• Document new solutions and maintain existing ones.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in the development using  EVM-based chains(Solidity/Vyper/Fe): Testing, Coding, Deploying (L1/L2 mainets projects with real traffic is a great plus).
• Understanding core DeFi protocols(Uniswap(v2/v3), Compound, AAVE, Curve, etc.).
• Understanding DAO approach  protocols(Moloch/Baal is plus).
• Openzeppelin, upgradable smart contracts, sponsored tranzactions,  OZ defender and other common patterns.
• Experience working with smart contract development frameworks(Truffle, Ganache, Hardhat, Tenderly, Brownie).
• Understanding and ability to read other programming languages(ts/js, python, rust).
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms and familiarity with basic cryptography.
• Solid understanding of testing and writing and appreciation for clean code with systematic test coverage (Truffle/Hardhat).
• Proficiency with sophisticated smart contract development in Solidity. Familiarity with Rust is a plus.
• Experience working with open-source projects.
• The flexibility to work both independently and with a team to manage time across multiple projects and tasks in a team environment.
