В Госдуме РФ поддержали законопроект о майнинге
Комитет Госдумы по финансовому рынку поддержал принятие в первом чтении законопроекта, регулирующего майнинг криптовалют в РФ. Об этом сообщает РИА
По словам главы комитета Анатолия Аксакова, чтобы рекомендовать законопроект к принятию необходимо дождаться также отзыва правительства. На текущий момент он «находится в работе».
Рассмотрение документа в нижней палате парламента ожидается на следующей неделе.
«Сейчас комитет принимает предварительное решение о поддержке, а когда отзыв поступит в Госдуму, мы его уже опросным путем закрепим и вынесем на рассмотрение Госдумы, чтобы в первом чтении принять», — уточнил Аксаков.
Напомним, в середине ноября Госдума РФ зарегистрировала законопроект, регулирующий майнинг и последующую продажу добытых криптовалют. Документ обязывает физических и юридических лиц отчитываться перед налоговой о добытых криптовалютах с указанием адреса зачисления.
Эксперты считают, что принятие регулирования в текущей редакции повлечет создание в стране черного рынка обменников и вывод добытых активов за рубеж.

Recall that in mid-November, the State Duma of the Russian Federation registered a bill regulating the mining and subsequent sale of mined cryptocurrencies. The document obliges individuals and legal entities to report to the tax authorities about the mined cryptocurrencies, indicating the address of enrollment.
Experts believe that the adoption of the current version of the regulation will lead to the creation of a black market of exchangers in the country and the transfer of extracted assets abroad.
