Сообщается, что правительство РФ поручило Минэнерго и МИД РФ провести переговоры с Казахстаном. По итогам переговоров стороны могут внести изменения в соглашение о взаимодействии энергосистем. В случае достижения нового соглашения, энергокомпания «Интер РАО» начнет осуществлять поставки электроэнергии в Казахстан для майнинга криптовалют. Сроки изменений соглашения остаются неизвестны.
Ранее в РФ заявили, что придумали способ обходить зарубежные санкции с помощью криптовалют. В начале сентября замминистра финансов Алексей Моисеев заявил, что Минфин и ЦБ РФ достигли консенсуса в переосмыслении регулирования крипторынка. Он заявил, что как ЦБ, так и Минфин переосмыслили подход к криптовалютам с учетом изменения ситуации. Как утверждает Моисеев, из-за текущих условий «без трансграничных расчетов в криптовалюте не обойтись».
Напомним, что ранее в РФ уже призывали ускориться с легализацией рынка цифровых активов для проведения международных платежей. Как заявил глава правительства РФ Михаил Мишустин, цифровые активы стали «безопасной альтернативой», гарантирующей бесперебойную оплату за поставки товаров.
Однако далеко не все считают, что РФ удастся обойти санкции с помощью криптовалют.
