Биткоин-пул Poolin представил план возобновления вывода средств
Столкнувшийся с дефицитом ликвидности майнинговый пул Poolin выпустит токены в качестве долговых расписок (IOU) для решения проблемы вывода средств.
В начале сентября основатель и CEO компании Кевин Пан признал финансовые проблемы и пообещал вскоре представить план выхода из ситуации.
В рамках объявленного решения платформа выпустит шесть видов токенов ERC-20 на Ethereum: IOUBTC, IOUETH, IOUUSDT, IOULTC, IOUZEC и IOUDoge. Каждый из них будет 1:1 презентовать соответствующие базовые активы: BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, ZEC и Doge.
Poolin начислит пользователям IOU-токены согласно снапшоту, заменив ими криптовалюты как в сервисе кошелька, так и в майнинг-пуле.
Распределение монет пройдет 15 сентября.
Для вывода «долговых» токенов ограничений нет.
Платформа будет ежеквартально сжигать часть монет, позволяя клиентам обменивать их на базовые активы. В компании полагают, что постепенное улучшение положения с ликвидностью позволит увеличить темпы погашения IOU-токенов.
Владельцы смогут использовать монеты для торговли, покупки майнингового оборудования и приобретения акций американского поразделения Poolin US. Также активы будут служить в качестве залога в сервисе кредитования.

Faced with a liquidity shortage, the Poolin mining pool will issue tokens as IOUs to solve the withdrawal problem.
In early September, the company's founder and CEO, Kevin Pan, acknowledged the financial problems and promised to present a plan to resolve the situation soon.
As part of the announced decision, the platform will issue six types of ERC-20 tokens on Ethereum: IOUBTC, IOUETH, IOUUSDT, IOULTC, IOUZEC and IOUDoge. Each of them will present the corresponding underlying assets 1:1: BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, ZEC and Doge.
Poolin will credit users with IOU tokens according to the snapshot, replacing cryptocurrencies with them both in the wallet service and in the mining pool.
The distribution of coins will take place on September 15th.
There are no restrictions on the withdrawal of "debt" tokens.
The platform will burn part of the coins quarterly, allowing customers to exchange them for underlying assets. The company believes that the gradual improvement of the liquidity position will allow to increase the rate of redemption of IOU tokens.
Owners will be able to use the coins to trade, buy mining equipment, and buy shares in the American division of Poolin US. Also, the assets will serve as collateral in the lending service.
